Today I have a free 10 minute meditation for you. This meditation was previously recorded in winter 2021, sequenced with a little bit of movement which can all be done from a chair, to help warm up your body before committing to a few minutes of seated meditation. Great for first thing in the morning or when you have been sitting for a while!
