I’m currently away rock climbing so have scheduled a bonus online yoga class for all subscribers.
Normally just for paying subscribers, this 60 minute Yin Yoga sequence covers the whole body, giving some extra attention to the neck, shoulders and arms. Maybe one I’ll have to do myself when I return from climbing!
