Part 3: Tune in with Yin this Winter

Yin Yoga at Home with Laura

Welcome to Part 3 of this 5 part special Winter Yoga Series, Tune in with Yin.

Each Sunday morning during June, a yin yoga class and tip for off the yoga mat will land in your inbox to help encourage you to tune in and slow down this winter.

I encourage you to take some time each week to practice this class once or twice and to use the tip if it feels right for you.

Paying subscribers will have access to all content ongoing, but free subscribers will have access to each class for just one week.

If you would like to upgrade to become a paying subscriber and access the Tune in With Yin classes ongoing, as well as the full Yoga at Home Library, you can do so using the link below.

I hope you are enjoying this five part series helping you Tune in with Yin this winter.

Tune in off the Mat

This one is something I have been practising all month so far…

Do just one thing at a time. Notice when you are multi-tasking and stop. Put your phone in a drawer, close your email to focus your attention on an important task, finish one thing before you start the next.

I’ll be back in you inbox next Sunday morning at 6am with part 4 of this 5 part Tune in with Yin series. If you enjoyed this you can become a paid subscriber to access the whole Yoga at Home Library, including continued access to this class. Use the link below to manage your subscription and upgrade to paid.

Between a Rock and a Hard Pose is a reader-supported publication. To receive new posts and support my work, consider becoming a free or paid subscriber.
