Hey there,

Today I am leading my third seasonal yoga retreat. I’m super excited about this one, as it is the first one held in my new local area. This Autumn Retreat features an introduction to meditation to take participants deeper into their practice, more comfortable in the discomfort of silence and feel the busy mind chatter beginning to quieten.

Fitting with the theme of the Autumn Yoga Retreat, I wanted to share with you today a Vinyasa Flow class which ends with some pranayama and meditation.

A Vinyasa Flow Class to Start Your Day

In this vinyasa yoga class you will ease into your hips and body to prepare for meditation, enjoy some energising pranayama and relax into savasana. This sequence is a great one to start your day with.
